Founded in 2018 in the heart of Yaoundé, Kom Technologies was born from a simple vision: to empower businesses, institutions, and individuals in Cameroon with reliable, affordable, and cutting-edge technology solutions. Our founder, Mr. William A., an electronics engineer with a passion for innovation, saw a gap in the local market for high-quality electronic components and professional IT services tailored to African realities.Starting as a small workshop in Yaoundé, we initially focused on supplying Arduino boards, sensors, and micro controllers to students, hobbyists, and local startups. Word spread fast about our genuine components and hands-on technical support. By 2021, we expanded into IT maintenance, networking, and GPS tracking, responding to the growing needs of small businesses and transport companies.“Kom” is inspired by the resilient and innovative spirit, symbolizing strength and community. It also stands for Knowledge, Opportunity, and Mobility – the values that drive us to deliver tech solutions that create real impact.
