HC-SR505 Mini Infrared PIR Motion Sensor

The HC‑SR505 mini PIR motion sensor module is based on infrared technology. It offers automatic control, high sensitivity, high reliability, an ultra‑small form factor, and ultra‑low‑voltage operation. It is widely used in automatic sensing applications for electrical devices, especially battery‑powered systems.
Operating voltage: DC 4.5–20 V. Static current: <60 µA. Output level: High 3.3 V / Low 0 V. Trigger mode: Repeatable trigger (default). Delay time: Default 8 s ± 30% (customizable from fractions of a second to several minutes).
Detection angle: <100° cone angle. Detection distance: 3 meters. Operating temperature: –20°C to +80°C. Sensor lens size: 10 mm diameter (default).
Automatic detection: When a person enters the sensing range, the output goes high. When the person leaves, the module automatically delays and then switches the output low.
Wide operating voltage range (DC 4.5–20 V). Ultra‑low power consumption: quiescent current <50 µA, ideal for battery‑powered automatic control devices. High‑level output signal makes it easy to interface with various circuits.
