Portable HW-390 Capacitive Soil Moisture Sensor Module
With an external display and a motherboard (NOT included), you can talk to your plants! See if your beloved one is thirsty and needs more water to stay hydrated.
The sensor has a built‑in voltage regulator chip, which supports a wide operating voltage environment from 3 to 5 V. This means it can work normally even on a 3 V Arduino and the main control board. Mini PCs such as Raspberry Pi only require an external ADC conversion module (analog signal to digital signal) to function.
A new type of soil moisture sensor! This capacitive soil moisture sensor is different from most resistive sensors on the market. It uses the principle of capacitive detection to measure soil moisture. This avoids the common problem of easy corrosion in resistive sensors and greatly extends its service life.
