HB100 X 10.525GHz Microwave Sensor 2–16M Doppler Radar Human Body Induction Switch Module for Arduino
Description:
The microwave motion sensor is a microwave mobile object detector designed according to the Doppler radar principle. Unlike ordinary infrared detectors, microwave sensors detect the movement of an object by sensing the microwaves reflected by the object. The detection target is not limited to the human body—many other objects can be detected. The microwave sensor is not affected by ambient temperature, has a long detection range, and high sensitivity. It is widely used in industrial, transportation, and civilian devices such as vehicle speed measurement, automatic doors, sensor lights, and parking sensors.
Because of the universality of microwave sensor detection objects, in real-life applications it is often combined with another sensor for targeted detection. For example, a microwave sensor + pyro-electric infrared sensor can effectively determine whether someone has passed by. It will not be disturbed by sunlight, the color of clothing, or respond to other irrelevant objects.
